screen printing
We require vector art. That means the art has been designed to not lose any resolution when the size of the art is increased or decreased in size. Usually vector file formats are submitted as .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .psd files. Files such as .jpgs, .pngs and other raster images will not work, and would need to be re-drawn into a vector format.
digital printing
Requires a high resolution .png or .jpg with a transparent background. What you see is how it prints. So if there is a background in the image, that's how it will look when printed. A transparent background just means the background has been taken out and only the actual design remains. The bigger and clearer the image, the better the print will look.
custom names & numbers
A spreadsheet or breakdown of names/numbers will be required by with corresponding product colors and sizes. We are limited to our stock colors and fonts.
embroidery
If you have digitized art all ready to go, we usually request a .dst, .ps, or .pec file. If you just have a high resolution image with no changes needed, we can usually use that as is, but digitizing fees will apply.
If you don't have print ready art, we have artists who can format your images or ideas into print ready designs. In such cases, art fees will be applied and will be based on the complexity of the project. Otherwise, file formats requested per print type are shown above.
TURNAROUND TIME : Normal production times
Screen printing 7-10 days : Digital printing 7-10 days : Embroidery 10-14 days
Important- Production time does not start until all art proofs has been approved and we've received your final order including product styles, colors and sizes.
Rush orders - Rush orders are available on a case by case basic with rush fees applied.
